Sensors for hydraulic systems

Hydraulik To measure from 1 to 600bar AMSYS offers piezo ceramic sensors with and without evaluation electronics, which are especially qualified for the use in hydraulic systems. The sensors are used for regulation and controlling of hydraulic systems i.e. in the following machines:
  • Construction machinery (cranes, diggers)
  • Utility vehicles
  • Lifting platforms
  • Machine tools

Ceramic measurement cells:

ME50X
The different types of the ME501/505series are resistant ceramic pressure transducers produced in thick film technology. The transducers are designed so that the pressure sensitive part is exposed directly to the chemical media to be measured.
ME651
The different types of the ME651 series are monolithic resistive ceramic pressure transducers produced in thick film technology for relative pressure. The transducers are designed so that the pressure sensitive part is exposed directly to the chemical media to be measured.

ME705
The pressure sensor for relative pressure measurement consists of the ceramic pressure cell ME651 and of a small PCB board with the complete signal conditioning electronic. The sensor is trimmed by Laser in span and offset. The signal output will be 0.5 to 4.5 Volt ratiometrical.
ME707
The pressure sensor for absolute, relative and sealed gage pressure measurement consists of the ceramic pressure transducer ME501/505 and of a small PCB board with the complete signal conditioning electronic. The sensor is trimmed by Laser in span and offset. The signal output will be 0.5 to 4.5 Volt ratiometrical.
ME75X
Ceramic pressure sensors (relative) with 0.5 to 4,5V (ratiometrical), 0-10V (non-ratiometrical) or 4-20mA output for pressure ranges from 0-0.5 to 0-400bar.
ME77X
Ceramic pressure sensors (absolute, relative and sealed gage) with 0.5 to 4,5V (ratiometrical), 0-10V (non-ratiometrical) or 4-20mA output for pressure ranges from 0-0.5 to 0-600bar.
