High resolution factory calibrated pressure module*. The leaded hybrids
are compatible with standard assembly technologies. The devices include
a piezoresistive pressure measurement cell and an amplifier - A/D
interface-IC. The Pressure range is -400 to 1000 mbar or -1000 to
400mbar.
*Modules are pressure sensors, whose output
signals have to be calculated by an external microprocessor.
