DESCRIPTION

The different types of the SM54X0 SMD - Pressure Transducers are non-compensated and non-calibrated transducers without signal amplification. All parts in this series are high performance silicon die mounted on a thickfilm substrate and protected with a plastic cap. SM5430, gage and absolute. Pressure range 5 to 100PSI (340mbar to 6,8bar). SM5470, gage. Pressure range 0,15 to 3PSI (10 to 200mbar).
