Sensor Modules With Digital Output

AMSYS offers pressure sensor modules with digital signal output, available via a 3-wire-interface. Factory stored individual correctiom data enable a highly accurate software calibration using an external microprocessor. A current consumption of a few microamperes make these sensors applicable for mobile solutions.

MS5534 - Details
SMD-ceramic hybrid including a piezoresistive pressure sensor and an ADC-Interface IC. It provides 16-Bit-words from a pressure and temperature dependent voltage to communicate via a 3-wire-interface with an external microcontroller.

MS5534-CM: protected by a metal ring filled with silicon gel on a ceramic hybrid 9x9mm (outdoor applications)
Pressure range: 0.15 ... 16 PSI abs.; operating temperature: -40 ... +125°C

MS5534-CP: protected by a plastic cap and one drop of silicon gel on a ceramic hybrid 9x9mm
