Nov 2008:

As announced AMSYS presents the OEM pressure sensors AMS 5812, which are pin and function compatible with the discontinued series SM5812 and SM5852 of Silicon Microstructure Inc. The ready-to-use sensors AMS 5812 offer an analogue and a digital output which allows a parallel signal conditioning. The sensors are suitable for a pressure range of 0 to 0,15PSI until 0 to 100PSI and for a bidirectional range of ±0,15 PSI bis ±15 PSI.

AMSYS presents with the MS5536-60 a new product in the line of pressure module of Intersema S.A. This low pressure module (measurement cell with a signal conditioning IC on a ceramic substrat) is optimised for 60mbar low pressure and is suitable especially for level measurement (resolution 0,05mbar/0,5mmH₂O). The digital signal conditioning is identical to the approved MS5534 series.

Sept 2008:

Due to numerous proclamations of SILICON MICROSTRUCTURES, Inc. (see News in August 2008) AMSYS decided to produce the discontinued series SM5812 on our own initiative. First samples, which would be compatible in pin-out, specifications and mechanical dimensions to the SM5812, are available with long tubes at the end of October. Until then the technical facts of SM5812 are valid furthermore.

Regarding the discontinued series SM5612 we could offer you an alternative soon.

Aug 2008: New Product Line

AMSYS presents the AMS 4711 with a voltage output (0...5Volt), an extension
of the AMS 4712 line. The new pressure sensor is other than his output value
identical to AMS 4712 and is available in all variations.
With help of this new product it will be possible to measure a pressure of 10mbar
(0,15PSI until 2bar (30PSI) and with a special version over and under pressure
up to ±5mbar (0,07PSI) until ±1bar (15PSI).

The AMS 4711 can be calibrated according to customer specifications.

AMSYS presents a new developed ready-to-use pressure sensor with 4..20mA current loop output for outdoor applications. With help of this complete new product line it will be possible to measure a pressure of 10mbar (0,15PSI until 2bar (30PSI) and with a special version over and under pressure up to ±5mbar (0,07PSI) until ±1bar (15PSI). The AMS 4712 line can be calibrated according to customer specifications.
